Letter from the President
Dear Business Partners,
As Florida prepares to reopen, we know that we need to adapt our businesses to the current environment to create safer business practices.
Therefore, we are implementing new best practices in our Sarasota Design Center. Until COVID-19 pandemic is under control, the following business protocol will be in place:
1. We are not changing our business hours, we are open Mon-Fri between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. (Open Saturdays on an appointment basis)
2. We will be accepting our business partners with an appointment schedule. This is to ensure that there will only be one meeting/presentation at a time in our design center.
3. We do not limit the number of attendees per visit. We still encourage our business partners to bring their customers and show the products firsthand.
4. Hand sanitizer, masks and gloves will be provided.
5. Display surfaces/products will be cleaned following every meeting to ensure safety. There will also be a comprehensive disinfection every morning.
6. Our products will be delivered by team members wearing PPE.
7. We will adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times.
